Returns and Exchange Policy:

At Yaalika, we place the highest value on customer satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring that every product you receive lives up to your expectations. 

Please note that because our products are handcrafted, slight weaving irregularities may occur—these are a natural hallmark of handloom work and contribute to the distinct charm and uniqueness of each piece.

However, If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, rest assured—we are here to help you through our return policy, which is governed by the following terms:

Return Eligibility:

You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if the item is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

Return Condition:

The product must be in its original, unused and unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, original folds, and price labels intact.

Return Window:

All eligible products must be returned within 7 working days of receipt to ensure a seamless process.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not available for products that are disliked by the customer.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved by the Yaalika team, please allow up to one week for the process to be completed.

We cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

To be eligible for an exchange, ensure the saree to be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and ensure to retain the original packaging. Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges if more than 7 days have passed.To initiate an exchange, email us at sales@yaalika.com by including information like your order details and reason for your exchange request. This request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving your order for us to assess and process the exchange. Team would assess the request and confirm if the order qualifies for an exchange.

Additionally, exchanges can only be processed once per order; repeated exchange requests will not be entertained

Return Shipping:

Once an exchange request is approved, customer service team would communicate the address to which the product needs to be sent. Customer would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Delivery timeframes for exchange items may be extended for remote locations as defined by our delivery partners but is expected to be delivered within 7-10 days(for domestic deliveries within India) but final duration will be confirmed as received from the delivery partner

Additional Costs:

If your exchange is processed, charges like Return shipping costs, applicable import duties, taxes, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees may be applicable as per the nature of the order and any such applicable costs will be reflected in the exchange settlement.

Delivery Time:

Please note, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Order Cancellations:
