Shipping Timeline & Logistics

• Standard orders ship within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Custom/bespoke items follow separate timelines based on production requirements, which will be communicated at payment
• Delivery timeframes may be extended for remote locations as defined by our delivery partners but is expected to be delivered within 7-10 days(for domestic deliveries within India) but final duration will be confirmed as received from the delivery partner
• International deliveries may experience delays due to transit, customs clearance, or accessibility issues

Delivery Guidelines

• Document the damage with photographs
• Decline to accept delivery
• Return the package to the carrier

Accepted packages are presumed to have been received in good condition

Shipments cannot be redirected after dispatch; please verify address accuracy

Additional charges for rerouting due to incorrect address information will be the buyer's responsibility

Additional carrier surcharges for remote locations will be communicated before delivery
